Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://junkremovalfp.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Junk Removal FP markets and arranges Junk Removal, Light Demolition, Yard Cleanup, Shed Demolition, Storm Debris Removal, Garage Cleanout. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Junk Removal FP (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. Junk Removal FP may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Junk Removal FP makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Junk Removal FP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Junk Removal FP from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. AZ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AZ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
